Associate Director, Email & GTM Campaigns – Remote Work

What you’ll do

Optimize automated email and outbound marketing campaigns for lead generation.
Proactively research data and trends to develop new strategies and technologies.
Build and optimize prompt‑based mass messages.
Lead human and AI‑based quality assurance systems to minimise errors in campaigns.
Ensure proper documentation for new projects and existing processes.

What we are looking for

Experience in B2B marketing.
Experience with generative AI, including prompt engineering and LLM‑based systems.
Experience with marketing automation and email marketing.
Intermediate or advanced SQL skills.
